YUZUCO

YUZUCO is a first-of-its-kind California-based supplier of yuzu juice and producer of proprietary yuzu products. Launched in 2023, the company aims to make the elusive Japanese citrus everyone’s favorite fruit by sourcing juice from multi-generational farmers from historical yuzu-growing regions of the Kyushu and Shikoku islands.

Its inaugural core products include a cold-pressed 100% Yuzu Juice and Yuzu Super Juice, a proprietary yuzu-based blend offering a more accessible format for casual applications ranging from vinaigrettes to cocktails. YUZUCO is proudly stocked by acclaimed restaurants like Kinkan and Botanica, as well as at Erewhon.
